No, the rental is inclusive of all taxes, utilities
and cleaning before and after your stay.
How do we find the apartment?
At the time of booking the apartment you’ll be sent a document outlining the directions to the property from Paris’ major train stations and airports. The information also includes details of an English, Paris licensed taxi driver who can be booked by e-mail. He knows the apartment well, accepts credit cards and will assist
with your luggage both at the airport and on arrival
at the apartment.
How do we gain access to the apartment when we arrive in Paris?
Should you book the apartment you will be put in direct e-mail contact with City Apartment’s Paris based manager. Once you have sent her your travel details she will arrange to meet you at the property. You’ll also be given her Paris cell phone to call if you are delayed on the way to the unit.
How do we work out how the appliances work
and access the internet?
When you book the property you’ll be sent an “Apartment Guide” by e-mail. There are also copies in the unit. This includes all the relevant information about appliances, how to access the internet and also details the closest grocery stores, cafes and restaurants.
What floor is the apartment on?
It is on the second floor (European), third floor
(North American)
Is there a lift / elevator?
No – the building dates from 17th Century and elevators remain rare in these historic “Hotel Particulieur”.
Is there a hair dryer in the apartment?
Yes – it can be found in one of the bathrooms.
Are there adaptor plugs in the apartment?
Yes – but it is also advisable to bring your own.
What is the nearest Metro station?
St Paul (Line 4), which is a 3-5 minute walk from
the apartment.
How do I book?
Should you wish to reserve the apartment you’ll be
e-mailed a booking form/terms and conditions. You’ll be asked to sign this and return it either by scanning/e-mailing it to City Apartments or by mailing it.
In addition, at the time of booking, you’ll be sent details of how to pay your deposit.
How do you take payment if I book?
A 50% deposit secures the dates with the balance payable 14 days before arrival. Funds can be transferred directly into the City Apartment’s French bank account or by credit card using PAYPAL
(attracts a 3.9% fee)
Is there a security deposit?
No – you will be asked to sign a credit card authorization form around 3 months before your trip. This will be used only in the event of a “no show”
or damage to the apartment. |
